In brief: Possible granuloma

This may be a post-inflammatory granuloma, but that is hard to tell without multiple serial exams.
If you have risk factors for lung cancer, such as a history of tobacco use, a pet/ct could be obtained to evaluate for abnormal increased metabolic activity in this nodule. Discuss with your md.

In brief: Change...

The real issue is that it is a prominent nodule that has changed and at your age, with any other risk factors for development of pulmonary neoplasms this should be rather aggressively followed up.
Consult the physician who requested the ct scan.
