I had mild vasospasm 3 days after coiling of an unruptured brain aneurysm.Will this show up on an mra? Its been 5 months since my surgery.Thanks

Most likely the vasospasm will have resolved after this period of time.
If you are not having symptoms you may not need further tests. Other options to evaluate vasospasm include the use of transcranial dopplers. Ask your neurosurgeon if this is a viable option for you.

This was almost certainly a temporary issue related to the catheterization, so it probably wouldn't be seen on a study now.
Furthermore, I am not sure how well an mra would show mild vasospasm.
