Painless blood in stool and toilet water. If it goes away in 1-2 days, is it fine?

Question for doctor! Rectal bleeding is never normal, and should always be evaluated. See a colorectal surgeon, who can perform a specialty exam and diagnose your concern. While it may be something as simple as hemorrhoids, you can't know until the doctor looks!
Go to see doctor. There are many things that can explain painless blood in the stool, from the most benign one - i.e. Hemorrhoidal bleeding to the more serious conditions such as diverticular bleeding, colorectal cancers etc.. You should go to see your doctor for further evaluation. If you never have a colonoscopy, you should have a colonoscopy now. If that stops, you still need to see your md for further work-up.
