Celebrex is a " cox 2" NSAID that inhibits of the inflammatory enzymes that are active in various types of arthritis. The usual dose is 200mg. once a day. As an ORS we've had varying success w/ Celebrex; most success w/ people who have mild or moderate knee arthritis.

Nsaids such as Celebrex (celecoxib) generally have only marginal benefit in psoriatic arthritis.
You need meds that are much more effective and which will prevent joint damage. See a rheumatologist.
