What kinds of signs does a person with charcot marie tooth disease have?

Neuropathy. Autosomal recessive inherited neuropathy that causes wasting and weakness mainly in the feet and legs later on in the hands without sensory changes causes little disability and is associated with a normal life expectancy. Some doctors prescribed Neurontin (gabapentin) or Gabapentin for neuropathies but i'm not sure if they prescribe that for this condition.
Heriditary muscle. . It is heriditary problem causing loss of muscle and nerve sensation and controll, especially in the arms and legs. Progressively getting worse. The loss of muscle controll and loss of sensation, especially in the hands and arms is a problem in itself, but makes good oral hygiene more difficult. I would reccommend getting a good electric tooth brush and use 2-3 times daily at least 2 minutes.
