In brief: There's no such

Thing as natural spot fat loss.
You need to lose weight in general ; a certain % will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise.

In brief: it's in Ur genes

The best shot at lessening this is 2 b on a proper die ; a good exercise program 4 overall cardio ; strengthening ; core as well.
A program set up 4 ur needs ; abilities can b set up by an at-c @ a health club. Start with some 1x1 training sessions, then join a semi private group. This keeps u on track ; u meet new friends with the same needs ; have fun.
