In brief: Know injru

Hard to tell what you damaged without a physical exam. You could have a fracture, cartilage or ligament injury.
You may also need a x-ray and maybe a mri.

In brief: Graft rupture

If u took a hit on the outside of your knee and felt a popping or cracking sound and had signifigant swelling fairly soon afterwards it sounds like you tore your acl graft! esp.
If it feels 'loose' or unsteady now when u walk . Possibly u just tore your meniscus or mcl or your kneecap subluxated. But these sound less likely. See your ors soon. Best of luck!
