In brief: possible

Severe COPD can be associated with multi-focal atrial tachycardia.
Additionally, hypoxia from severe COPD with exacerbation will elicit a reflexive tachycardia. Atrial fibrillation has also been associated with copd. See a doctor, and obtain an electrocardiogram to evaluate.

In brief: Yes

As COPD is worse this can cause cardiac issues and rhythm issues.
Most common is multifocal atrial tachycardia. Sometime atrial fibrilation as well. Depends on the severity of the lung disease as well. Some people even retain fluid from lung disease. An exacerbation of COPD can cause fast heart rates as well. Any type of respiratory issues can cause this.

In brief: Yes

If you have exacerbation of copd.
If having flare up from infection like bronchitis or pneumonia and working harder to breath. Sometimes even anxiety can do that too. If it causing more discomfort and increasing dyspnea then should be seen by doctor asap.

In brief: possibly

Arrhythmias are more common in people with COPD mediated by low oxygen levels and stress, but the drugs used to treat COPD (alpha adrenergic bronchodilators) are much more likely to be the cause of tachycardia.
