I have a white spot on my foreskin. I had eczema there and other places. Only the penis has a white spot?

In brief: Check it out for BXO
White area on your foreskin could be balanitis xerotica obliterans, a degenerative condition of the foreskin and best treated by circumcision.
Suggest you consult with a urologist.

Depigmentation is different from a white spot. Thus should be checked by a urologist, who could take care of it, or a dermatologist who could also identify it, but not excise it.
