I can't sleep for very long, and I've got total loss of desire to do anything next morning. Is that bad?

No sleep = tired. For those of us who have pulled all nighters or done night shifts, it's absolutely normal to not want to do anything the next morning besides sleep. If sleep problems are a recurring problem for you, you have loss of desire to do fun things more often than not, and if you have any feelings of guilt or sadness - then it's something to talk with your doctor about.
