Can low TSH. 007 cause all day nausea? Not pregnant not flu/sick been nauseous all day over a week with headaches, chronic fatigue, low appetite

TSH this low... ...Means either a pituitary problem, or (more likely) overactive thyroid - you have to find what is suppressing TSH to get a handle on what to do about it.
Consult your doc. Your TSH level is suggestive of hyperthyroidism, however, all lab result need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the test is usually is in the best position to do that.
