In brief: Gallbladder vs ulcer

Right upper quadrant pain makes us think of gallbladder issues, whether due to stones or infection.
However, gastritis ; ulcers can also manifest as RUQ pain. Rarely, sexually transmitted infections can present w/ruq pain eg fitz hugh curtis syndrome. Of course, liver is also in RUQ but less likely to cause pain after eating (same goes for fhc). Any specific food? Go see your doc for evaluation.
