In brief: :) good question

A true addiction to any substance or behavior is never good by the very definition of addiction.
Uncontrolled use or can't stop behavior that results in negative conseques to ones health and well being. Other healthy areas of ones life become neglected, self care, family friends, etc. A healthy addiction is therefore not really an addiction at all.

In brief: Discussion sake

Not to muddy understanding of addiction or trivialize term but some areas are grey & do impact health and longevity from the minor & mundane to the grave.
Are all smokers addicts? If overweight, is food your addiction? Can you give up your nightly glass of wine, morning cup of coffee, afternoon soda--if not-- are you addicted to them? These are elements of being "hooked" vs addicted & line greys.

In brief: Generally No

Addiction implies dereliction of some duties.
Compulsivity, is a couple of notches down from addiction but can be detrimental as well if it detracts from normal behavior.
