In brief: Not likely

Herpes generally causes painful ulcers.
Could it do this, guess, but it would be a very uncommon presentation.

In brief: Unusual unless,

Rectal involvement? It occurs with anal sex.
In this case you could have rectal pain and bleeding. A more common cause for anal bleeding is hemorrhoids. Blood in urine, in herpes ifection, is also an unusual occurrence unless you have obvious substantial urethral involvement. You need a medical examination by your primary care doc who may need to refer you to a urologist.
