Am not sick, do not have pinguecula or jaundice, liver & blood tests all normal. My eyes look yellowish. Why!? Under severe stress and fatigue, that why?

In brief: Could be dry eye

If you are sure your liver and all blood work is normal (no hiv, etc) and you do not have any atypical cells growing on the conjunctiva, a slight yellow tinge could be due to dry eyes.
Have your eyemd check your meibomian glands and do a tear osmolarity test to check. Artificial tears will help restore a natural glow which is lost in severe dry eyes.
