Treat with Hydrocortisone cream.
Cut small piece of condom wet it and apply to inside on upper arm with medical tape. If you develop reaction at site in 24-72 hours you are latex sensitive and can use latex or rubber condoms. Unfortunately non latex condoms do not offer same protection against stds.
