White cloudy sediment appears in urine. No burning sensations or blood. What else could it be besides urinary tract infection? Could it be serious?

Contaminated urine. Vaginal discharge can contaminate urine in females and upon spinning it down there will be a white cloudy sediment. This is not serious from renal standpoint but should be confirmed by examining the sediment under microscope, then refer the patient for further evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.
hard to tell. Cloudy urine with sediment may be an early sign of stone disease. More commonly, after a meal, urine is cloudy as the ph is elevated because of the increased stomach acid secretion. A visit with your doctor for a urine test may help.
