Can having bad reflex sympathetic dystrophy qualify you to have a service dog?

Level of dysfunction. Having a particular diagnosis doesn't qualify you alone. It all depends on the level of functional impairment that is present given the type and severity of your symptom complex. You need to be evaluated by your physician or physiatry to determine your level of dysfunction to see if you qualify.
Depends. Service dogs can be helpful in patients with severe anxiety. Since anxiety is a factor that causes increased pain in patients with rsd, it is helpful to control it by whatever means possible. Sometimes, this may mean a service dog.

Does having reflex sympathetic dystrophy qualify you to have disability?

It depends. Disability is the inability to perform your work due to a disease. For example, if you have rsd in your hands and you are a piano player, you might qualify for disability. If you have rsd in your feet and you work at a desk job, you may not qualify. Read more...

Are there rsd-reflex sympathetic dystrophy support groups?

Careful w groups. See my other answers on rsd, support groups can be a good way to talk to others who have the same disease as you, be careful of bias and opinions. What's the best way to treat rsd (reflex sympathetic dystrophy) without seeing a doc?

Topical/Oral MMJ? Rsd is a complex disorder which is really poorly understood. I know of no good alternative treatments which can be self-administered. As an osteopathic physician and pain doctor, i've seen quite a lot of rsd patients. Some respond to meds, some to osteopathic manipulation. Quite a few respond to topical or ingested medical marijuana. If legal in your state, it could prove quite helpful to try. Read more...
