Can you have really dark urine just from being only a little dehydrated?

In brief: Eye of the beholder

Really dark from little dehydrated is all relative as you may notice.
But practically if you play whatever sport match and forgot to bring your water and, to start with, you were not well hydrated you will have really dark urine.

In brief: Not likely

If your urine is really dark (as in the color of tea or cola), then this is not likely the result of being mildly dehydrated.
This should be evaluated by a physician as soon as possible. Do not delay evaluation. Some simple tests can help to sort out mild dehydration from more serious kidney ailments.
