In brief: Espon salt baths

I recommend you only use them when needed (rash, poison ivy, etc.
) and not routinely. The pH of the bath can cause an imbalance in the normal vaginal flora (mix of bacteria, yeast). When this occurs a certain type of bacteria can become dominant and this causes the odor. If that occurs, add yogurt daily and consider seeing your physician for treatment of the troublemaking bacteria.
