Missed 2 bc pills 2 days ago but have since taken them. Experiencing some bleeding, cramping, nausea, and frequent bowel movements. Is this normal?

In brief: Yes

Please use some back-up birth control until you begin your next pack of pills.
This could be condoms or abstinence. You are spotting because your body is a bit confused by the missed pills. The spotting may last a few days. The other symptoms are not as common, but can be seen too.

It depends on the time in the pill cycle. If it was 20 days or so into the pack that you missed, you should be ok. If it was early in the pack, the first week or 10 days, you could be at risk. Since you may not have a real period because of the spotting, you should get a pregnancy test about 2 weeks after the unprotected sex. Please talk to your doctor immediately to find out what to do.

In brief: Not uncommon

It is common to have nausea when doubling the dose of ocp.
A pregnancy may be helpful and if the symptoms continue to, you should contact your md. A backup method of contraception should also be used until you have resolved your issues as missing a pill puts one at a higher risk of unplanned pregnancy.
