I have tinnitus in both ears but I have pulsitlle tinnitus also in my right ear but only when I wake up for the pulsitlle. Am I going to have a stroke?

You probably need a carotid doppler (painless ultrasound test) to see what's going on. Meanwhile, go take an aspirin. Take one every day until you see what's causing the swoosh. Then keep on taking one anyway. I like aspirin.
