Need more info.. This, without other symptoms and/or signs, is a nonspecific finding. It could be stress, or anxiety. It could simply be from drinking too much fluids, or coffee and/or soda. No STD, see doctor. A "clear bump" that becomes a sore over a few days would suggest herpes. But already having your test results, it must have been a few days with no change.
