In brief: No cure--just time
There isn't a cure for hangovers, yet.
Recently the fda approved the medicine called blowfish which will be available otc, likely by independence day, for symptoms of a hangover..Remember that this only treats the symptoms...Thus making you feel better, but the hangover itself will need time to go away... Untill then, drink sensibly..And don't drink and drive. Life is precious.. Good luck.

In brief: No magic
Nobody has proven any of the many "folk" remedies, especially not "hair of the dog that bit you" - drinking whatever gave you the hangover.
Recent chinese study found drinking sprite in particular to be helpful, and it certainly couldn't hurt. A couple tylenol (acetaminophen) or an advil otc tablet, or just lying down with a cool compress on your forehead is the best thing. Rest, let your body recover-drink less.
