In brief: Exam and X-rays

Medial knee pain after a tka and manipulation could be several different things .
A thorough exam, x-rays and possibly lab work would be helpful.See your ors. Limping alone can cause knee bursitis.(pes). Scar tissue remaining in medial gutter, overhang of tibial baseplate, low grade infection, a condition called mid -flexion instability, referred pain from hip ; and others should be considered.
