It seems everyone has adhd? Do they say that to get adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine)?

Some physicians are poor at this skill, but most are skilled. Failure to properly evaluate a person & document that evaluation in the records can and does result in the DEA removing a docs ability to proscribe such meds. Their state medical board can also restrict or remove their license to practice.
