It depends... If you feel that your result is truly the result of poor technical execution and have lost all faith in your surgeon, you should definitely seek a second opinion.
Rhinoplasty can be unpredictable and even the best surgeons have redo's. If you are comfortable that your surgeon understands your concerns and can correct a minor flaw, you are probably safe to allow them to do so.
