Lasik is generally not done until about 23 years of age or more due to progression of myopia below that age.
A few cases are done for extreme needs, usually widely variant refraction in one eye only, or some with ocular surface disease that the last is being used for correction. Otherwise, you probably should wait until the usual milestones.
