In brief: Any h/o knee injury

At age 33, knee pain likely represents past injury.
Other concerns include either a baker's cyst or a clot in the deep veins. If this is present for more than a week, you should see your pcp. You might need an ultrasound to evaluate further.

In brief: Many structures

In the knee: meniscus, bursa, ligaments.
Best to get this checked in person and perhaps get imaging for an accurate diagnosis.

In brief: See details

With these symptoms, a tear is a major but not the only possibility.
See an orthopedist. You will likely need an mri.
