In brief: Not recommended

First of all, unless medically necessary, u want to have gradual & steady weight loss instead of rapid weight loss.
People with rapid weight loss usually will not be able to maintain whatever drugs/diet they are on and will gain everything back and more. Second, Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is not a weight loss drug. It can cause dependency, depression, psychosis. Aggressive behavior, severe high blood pressure...

In brief: No!

Stick to realistic lifestyle changes - they will work better for you in the long run.
Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a short term answer with a lot of risk and downside.
