If I get thin and work out my legs, what happens to the excess skin?

In brief: Drooping skin
People that are heavy, or over weight, and who then lose alot of weight, often have extra skin that can cause skin folds, especially on the lower abdomen, and upper arms.
It is possible to help this situation by working out, and toning the muscles and trying to make the skin tighter and more attractive. If the weight loss has been massive, only a plastic surgical procedure will help.
