Weakness and feeling perpetually tired are normal for all pregnancies, let alone for multifetal gestations.
Do not be tempted to take any supplements or medications promising to increase your stamina during pregnancy without clearing it with your obstetrician. Many of those supplements are frankly dangerous for the pregnancy and even the safest ones can have untoward effects as platelet inhibition.
