Left side of tongue is swollen?

teeth bitten trauma. First we need to know the nature of the swelling and if the swelling is painful how long. So it can be just from trauma or from growth. Sometime sharp edge of tooth or partial prosthetic that cause ulcer and it grow to tumor. It might need biopsy to diagnose the lesion.

Get eval. Could be a number of things. Consider if it associated with pain and getting better or worse. If you have no pain or symptoms you can consider seeing if it goes away within 2 weeks.
