I need help getting rid of my bicep soreness, ice or heat?

Cold. If it is acute- shortly after exercise- ice works better. Be sure you are drinking enough water. After a couple of days, heat may help.
Ice. In my opinion ice is superior. It works on trigger point, decreases inflammation and you will be able to use the muscle and ultimately get back to normal. I do lots of manipulations on biceps and ice is part of my work.
