This could definitely happen when climbing stairs, when moving from sitting to standing, etc. Are you on blood pressure medication or do you have high blood pressure? You need a detailed history and Physical Examination . May need blood test and / or imaging like X-rays and/ or Cat Scan and other tests if indicated . Tooth pain. Yes, pain in your teeth or face with motion could be sinusitis or could just be a bad cavity.
