In brief: Yeast is common

It is common for women to develop vaginal yeast infections after antibiotic use.
Unless you have symptoms like thick white discharge and itching it is not necessary to treat for yeast. If you have symptoms try an over the counter yeast treatment.

In brief: Bronchitis+antibioti

If "bronchitis" is properly diagnosed, then it is a viral infection of bronchis (while the lung tissues that exchange oxygen is not infected, infection of lung tissues is called pneumonia and can be deadly) and does not require anti-biotic ever. It is treated with brochodilators pumps as in asthma as the virus irritates the bronchi that constrict down, triggering cough night more than day.
