In brief: Apologize

Apologize, and get counseling for "anger mangagement".
Controlling one's temper is an essential process in maintaining "sobriety", so "amends" do not have to be made unnessicarily.

In brief: Continue treatment

It is normal to have behavioral outbursts early in sobriety (but they are usually better than when you were on drugs/alcohol).
Your drug counselor won't be surprised by this but it is good to discuss it with him/her.
