In brief: both eyes or one?

If both eyes spontaneously develop this problem it could suggest an underlying and serious systemic condition.
Some viruses are known to cause a hemorrhagic conjunctivitis also. Blisters suggest an immunologic reaction as can be seen in steven's johnson syndrome. I would recommend seeing a doctor immediately!
