Most chemo do not last long in the body.
It is cleared from patients' body within a few hours to 48 hours. Half of the dose of Cytoxan is eliminated from the body in 3 to 12 hours. Half of the dose of taxotere (docetaxel) is eliminated from the body in 12 hours.
