Agree; 'spurs' @ the 'top' ( proximal pole) of the patella occur, [email protected] age 33 this would be unusual unless you have chronic quads tendinosis . Bipartiite patella can be confused w/ 'spurs '. See your ORS for evaluation / X-ray if you have pain or other symptoms.
