In brief: You are a high risk

Patient. Make sure you have your surgery in a good hospital with anesthesiologists trained in critical care and a good icu.
Also, make sure your cardiologist and pulmonologist are satisfied that your conditions are optimized prior to surgery.

Well.
Your general anestheisa complications depends on your heart conditions, like arrhythmias, aortic stenosis, CHF and any ongoing anginal chest pain, recent mi in the last 6 months and also depends on surgery as well. So see your doctor and get pre-op eval.

It depends on the surgery/procedure you are considering as well as your other health conditions. An anesthesiologist can do a preprocedure evaluation with you and help advise you on the risks and things you can do to mitigate those risks.
