In brief: HPV does not

Affect menses, a pap will not tell you about the red spots and hpv is not leading to them. There is not a disease process that starts by red spots in the vagina but maybe you are looking too hard for fear of hpv.
You may have small hemmorrages secondary to your anticouagulant and vaginal trauma from intercourse.
