In brief: Some > than others

CP is a broad term applied to a disorder of movement & posture related to brain injury occurring at any time from pregnancy to the 3rd birthday.
If the muscle control centers of the brain have been damaged, those cells are lost.. Babies have some ability to re-wire some functions, so PT can help. Most improve some with age, some have major difficulties in life

In brief: No

Unfortunately, cerebral palsy (CP) cannot be cured.
By definition, CP is a lesion of the brain that is permanent and stable. The damage cannot be undone. Many people with more mild CP can live pretty normal lives and some have very severe disabilities. Different therapies and medications can help with the symptoms.

In brief: Cerebral palsy

Cerebral palsy is caused by damage or death of part of the brain.
There are some experimental protocols used on newborns at risk for cerebral palsy which are being tried to reduce the damage. Older children with cerebral palsy have a more permanent disability. Early childhood intervention to help with their disabilities will help.

In brief: Improved

Cerebral palsy is diagnosis given to neurological deficits arising perinatally(i.
e. Short time before , during or after birth.) by definition it is a mixed bag of non progressive symptoms and signs the picture can improve in time and with rehabilitation depending on the severity of the birth injury.
