Sciatica. Your symptoms are suggestive of sciatic nerve root compression. It may resolve after delivery since the additional fluids are lost after delivery. However it symptoms persist you should see a neurologist.

Sounds like . Nerve impingement in low back. It is more likely sciatica or herniated disc rather than fibromyalgia, if it is only on left side, if you have swelling, it could be thrombophlebitis. If you have muscle weakness on the same leg, this is a bad sign, because it means both sensory and motor nerve fibers are being affected.
