Not related. Eye twitching is caused by a nerve firing off and usually only lasts a few days---no treatment for it. This does not relate to dizziness. If this persists, see your family doc.

I would check your teeth, your cranial joints (TM joints, occiput and frontal sinus at sphenoid junction) for presence of toxins, pathoges or allergens.
