Use lot of moisture all the time. Use antihistamine and sarna lotion for itching. Low dose otc Hydrocortisone cream for mild irritation off and on, not constantly. High dose steroid cream or oral by dermatologist. Antibiotic for infection. Light therapy. New immuno modulator medications for recalcitrant eczema.Have patience and learn to live with it.
