Do eat non-starchy carbs like vegetables, avocados and berries and have moderate protein foods like beans, nuts, seeds, eggs, cheese, chicken, fish, grass-fed meats etc. Avoid gmo foods ; animals fed gmo foods (thus choose organic meats/eggs).
