In brief: Family/ENT/DERM

You can make the initial visit your family doc, which i think is easiest.
Your doc can assess whether or not it is something that needs further evaluation such as biopsy. He/she can do that in office or refer u out to the appropriate doc. If it is a small, circular, dark spot on either side of mouth, it is likely a small blood blister which will disappear in few days... Good luck.
