Yes. Many women have both. Often you dont know about the endometriosis until you do surgery for fibroids. And sometimes it is difficult to medically manage both of them at the same time since one may respond better to treatment than the other.

I have endometriosis, uterine fibroids andi'm on my period which is very very heavy. Can I get pregnant? I've been trying for 16 years.
A challenge. Although you can get pregnant (so use birth control if you don't want to be), it will be difficult given your age (sorry 44 isn't 24), the endometriosis, and perhaps the fibroids (depends on location). If you want to get pregnant, given your past difficulties, will likely need to see fertility specialist, and if successful with getting pregnant, an OB specializing in high risk pregnancy.
