3 doctors agree

In brief: Rash in 3 month old

It is very difficult to advice what it can be and how to treat without looking at the rash and examining the baby.
Does the baby have fever, and other symptoms like poor feeding etc.You need to take the baby to the pediatrician to find out what caused the rash and the therapy.

Rashes are very hard to identify without seeing them as Dr Khanna says. A family physician is also someone who can help with childhood problems, though

In brief: Many possibilties

If no fever, not urgent; could be allergy/eczema or viral; see doctor for definitive diagnosis; consider new foods/detergents/soaps/clothes/etc.
